“ Cajun Boilers Hot Springs, AR We recently had the opportunity to dine at Cajun Boilers, and we were thoroughly impressed. The newly remodeled building is stunning and the festive Christmas decor adds a great touch. The restaurant features a specialty cocktail menu, and we tried two drinks: the Strawberry Daiquiri and the Voodoo Doll. If you look closely, you’ll notice the Voodoo Doll drink is adorned with edible glitter, adding a unique touch. For my entree, I opted for the Shrimp and Grits. It was a delightful and flavorful dish, with perfectly seasoned shrimp and a delightful balance of spice. Overall, the dining experience was fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. We also had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners, Gabe, who shared exciting news about plans to open a seafood market next door in the future. If you haven’t been, go give it a try. It is evident that this family has put so much love into this place. ”

“ Don’t let the parking lot fool you. The inside is huge. I was glad that we checked to see if there was a wait time bc there wasn’t! Great job on the Reno, friendly hostess, got right in at 6:00 pm on a Saturday. Brandi was our server and she was great! She did a really good job on checking in with us while we were waiting on our food. Very bubbly, upbeat personality ! Edit* I forget to say the food and drinks were on point. Thank goodness it wasn't a first date bc i destroyed that crab in record time.. my man was shook! ”

“ New ownership has transformed this restaurant! The decor is wonderful and their choice of music is spot on. The oysters were the best I have ever had! The fried gator and crawfish tails were cooked to perfection. I’m so glad to have a new favorite place to eat. The only downside is the service is a little slow. A few more waiters might be helpful. I’ll still go back! It’s worth the wait. ”
“ It doesn't get any better than this! The food was cooked perfectly, the flavor amazing! Best fried and tender gator we've ever had! The batter on the shrimp, crawfish, and catfish was thin and perfectly seasoned. The hush puppies were the most tender, fresh, and flavorful, we've ever had. It was worth every penny we paid and the best Mother's Day supper ever! A whole lot of yummy lipsmacking goodness! We highly recommend Cajun Broilers! ”
“ Kandice was AMAZING- she took great care of us and gave us her opinion on a featured shot (PB& J) that was DELICIOUS and such a fun accompaniment to our absolutely PERFECT meal. We started with boiled shrimp for an appetizer (which was perfectly cooked and spiced) and our son had fried catfish and shrimp- husband and I split a giant boiled seafood platter. We left so full, and having every seafood craving met beyond expectations. Will be back VERY soon- we are so impressed with all of the changes- this is truly Cajun seafood done right- and impressively so this far from the bay ”
